Portraits: Using Watercolor
Instructor: Audrianna Rios
Taking inspiration from the Eye to I: Self-Portraits from the National Portrait Gallery exhibition currently on view, this class, geared for beginners, will focus on basic facial drawing techniques and a layered watercolor painting approach to create captivating portraits. Artist Audrianna Rios will guide you through the creation of an underlayer and then show you how to create a loose, vibrant portrait working from a reference photo.
