Summer Camp: In a Galaxy Far Far Away

The Fine Art of Summer Camp,
Session One: June 6 – June 10
IN A GALAXY FAR FAR AWAY…
Drawing, Painting, 3-D Art and Creative Drama
This camp is for all the Jedi masters out there! Come spend a week resisting the dark side by making light sabers, drawing Jedi self-portraits, designing star fighters, creating a Jakku landscape and much, much more. We’ll even stage an intergalactic battle with your favorite characters including Princess Leia, Rey, Finn, Yoda, BB-8 and Kylo Ren on the final day of camp.  May the arts be with you….always.

• Age Requirement: K5 to 12 (must have completed kindergarten in the 2015-2016 school year) 
• Session Length: each session is one week (M-F) at the Art Museum of South Texas (except where noted in Session 6) 
• Camp Hours: from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Child-care before (7:30-9:00) and after camp (3:30-5:30) is available for an additional fee.  
• Registration Paperwork: Available online to download; MUST be filled out by the start of the first day of camp
• Lunch: Children are asked to bring their own lunch and snack; microwave and refrigerator are not available
• T-Shirt: Each registered child will receive a camp t-shirt. 

By registering for this session, you agree to our Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations with full refund minus a $50 processing fee are accepted in writing up to 30 days before the first day of the camp session. Tuition is not refundable for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the camp session. No refunds due to illness or weather conditions although every effort will be made to reschedule classes canceled due to hurricane threats/conditions.
