Ceramic Faces in the style of Picasso
Taking inspiration from work in About Face: Contemporary Ceramic Sculpture currently on exhibit, we’ll learn about Picasso, his style and how he depicted the human form in his works. Then we’ll use clay to sculpt our own unique ceramic face. Clay pieces will be fired and can be picked up at a later date.
$10-members/$15-nonmembers
Location: Creation Station, Heldenfels Studio
Member Discount: In order to receive the discount on the class, you must be at the Household level (Family level) or above.
(please note pre-registration is required; if minimum number of participants is not met 2 days before class, class is subject to cancellation with full refund; no refunds due to illness. No refunds 2 weeks out from start of class.)
Online registration ends 24 hours before class begins: If the event is no longer on sale (online,) please call the main line during normal operating hours (Friday: 10-5pm; Saturday: 10-5pm) 361-825-3500 to find out if we have space for a walk-in the day of the class. Walk-in tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.
