The Art of Family

Family and friends are often the people who inspire us the most. For this workshop, we will use the names of loved ones to create a beautiful piece of art! Come to class with names of family, friends, or other people that are important to you and we will make them into a colorful, patterned piece of art using markers, pastels, and other tools.

The workshop is inspired by the Art Museum's new exhibit Home, Love, and Loss which delves into the milestones and challenges of family and community life—from birth to aging, and from the bonds of joy to the fractures of loss. It will be on view February 14-  April 27.

Cost: $15 members / $20 non-members

Member Discount: In order to receive the discount on the class, you must be at the Household level (Family level) or above.

(please note pre-registration is required; if minimum number of participants is not met 2 days before class, class is subject to cancellation with full refund; no refunds due to illness. No refunds 2 weeks out from start of class.)
